We may have duplicates or be able to quickly order this product from our suppliers.

Showroom products are sold as new unless otherwise stated. This item if fully guaranteed as a new product from your purchase date.

Any dust and finger marks this item has accumulated whilst on display shall be cleaned off before dispatch.

We set up all of our showroom stringed instruments before sale so if you do buy one of these from us, you can rest assured it has been checked over for you. On request, any newly boxed stringed or showroom instrument can be opened, checked and set up with your choice of strings (please see our strings section in accessories for the brands and gauges we stock) or otherwise you can post us your own strings. If you wish to take advantage of this service please specify your set-up preferences.

We will need to know: -

1. Tuning - if an alternative to standard tuning is required please specify
2. Desired action - low as possible, low, medium, high, very high and flat (slide guitar) or measurements may be provided. We will contact you before dispatch if we think you may be unhappy with the result.

Any other item can also be opened and checked on request.
